    • Verified customer's complaint, finding that all exterior lights function at this time, but the left front lowbeam bulb appears dim….accessed and found that the lowbeam bucket/reflector assembly is broken. The only proper repair will be headlamp replacement.

    • Brakes are all at 8mmt- pins move freely – very minimal ridge on top of rotor face – possible noise – did not hear to verify. All suspension is tight – no concerns

    • Test drive, then remove and reinstall all four wheels and rear brake drums (as necessary) to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Approximate brake pad/shoe lining remaining is: Front (65 % ) Rear (50 % ). Calipers move free, Good pad life remaining. Rotors have slight rust lips forming, may hear squeak or slight grind from time to time. Brakes function as they should.
    • Tech was able to use tapping screws to re-secure holder.

    • Mount & balance 4 tires (w/ purchase).
    • Tire disposal fee.
    • Set up and measured to verify that all suspension adjustments are within OEM specifications.
    • Check engine light is on due to evaporative emission codes and a catalyst efficiency code. Test drove to find that the vehicle runs and drives well, the clutch does seem to engage a little low. There is no adjustment for the clutch and it may very well need the clutch replaced in the near future. Brakes are in good condition and wearing evenly. Left rear license plate lamp and right front marker lamps are both not functioning at this time. This is a timing belt engine that should be replaced every 100,000 miles…it was replaced at 100,000 miles and is due again. Battery, starter, and alternator all test good.
    • Removed spare tire from the truck and replaced it with the best of the remaining tires that we just dismounted from the truck along with a new valve stem. Hung the spare tire back under the truck.
    • CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE – Remove & Replace – Base,4WD,V6 – [DOES NOT include resurface Flywheel.]
    • (Combination) – CLUTCH PILOT BEARING – Remove & Replace
    • (Combination) – FLYWHEEL – Remove & Replace

    • Tested the headlamp control relay and multifunction switch for proper current supply and grounds finding all to be good. Tested for power and ground at the headlamp connector and also at the bulb connector. Removed and replaced both front lowbeam bulbs and found that they function. Charged and tested battery; the battery tests good. Tested alternator ripple to verify that the alternator is not overcharging the battery and potentially sending voltage spikes that could cause the bulbs to blow. Test drove and rechecked to verify proper function of all exterior lamps at this time.
