2022 RAM 2500 HD
Mileage82,798Service Date3/27/2026Services Performed- Truck started properly with no jump start necessary. Brought into the shop and verified that all positive and negative battery cable and starter connections are clean & secure. Individually charged and tested both batteries finding that they both test good. Scanned and found codes P0299 (turbo underboost) and P2509 (ECM/PCM power input signal intermittent) stored. Customer noted a check engine light had been coming and going randomly; this is likely due to the P0299 and should be diagnosed if the issue continues. The P2509 can be due to battery cables/connections, bad fuses/relays, PCM, or PCM wiring. Cables and connections are good, all fuses and relays test good as well……found no visual evidence of any damaged, corroded, or mouse chewed wiring. If the issue persists, the next logical repair would be to replace the intelligent power distribution center (fuse block assembly).
- INTELLIGENT POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Programming.] – [NOTE: Labor estimates listed are for R&R only and DOES NOT include diagnosis time.]

2016 Ford Fusion
Mileage101,763Service Date1/9/2026Services Performed- Test drove multiple times finding that we were able to duplicate the customer's concern, but it is intermittent. Raised for inspection to find that all steering and suspension components are tight. We removed both rear shock absorbers to move them by hand and found that they moved smoothly. The upper mounts are in good condition. We inspected the suspension loaded and unloaded but were unable to find anything that is loose or worn. We did find an underbody shield towards the right rear of the car that had missing retainers so we secured it…we don't believe that this is the noise being heard but this was the only issue we could find at this time. Follow up test drive was inconclusive; customer will need to drive and see how it goes….the issue will need to become more consistent to accurately diagnose it.
