2004 Toyota Tacoma

- Tire disposal fee.
- Set up and measured to verify that all suspension adjustments are within OEM specifications.
- Check engine light is on due to evaporative emission codes and a catalyst efficiency code. Test drove to find that the vehicle runs and drives well, the clutch does seem to engage a little low. There is no adjustment for the clutch and it may very well need the clutch replaced in the near future. Brakes are in good condition and wearing evenly. Left rear license plate lamp and right front marker lamps are both not functioning at this time. This is a timing belt engine that should be replaced every 100,000 miles…it was replaced at 100,000 miles and is due again. Battery, starter, and alternator all test good.
- Removed spare tire from the truck and replaced it with the best of the remaining tires that we just dismounted from the truck along with a new valve stem. Hung the spare tire back under the truck.
- CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE – Remove & Replace – Base,4WD,V6 – [DOES NOT include resurface Flywheel.]

2021 Chevrolet Spark

Accessed the solenoid to find that it has ground, but no power when commanded. Jumped voltage to the solenoid and verified that it works properly. Further inspection revealed that there is a broken wire at a harness junction. Recommend repairing the damaged section of wiring.

- No issues to note at this time.
- Accessed and removed damaged section of wiring for the vent valve. Ensured proper connection and weather sealed all sections of repaired wire. Cleared codes and performed verification test of the evaporative emission system to find no further issues at this time.

2015 Toyota RAV4

Tested for power and ground at the headlamp connector and also at the bulb connector. Removed and replaced both front lowbeam bulbs and found that they function. Charged and tested battery; the battery tests good. Tested alternator ripple to verify that the alternator is not overcharging the battery and potentially sending voltage spikes that could cause the bulbs to blow. Test drove and rechecked to verify proper function of all exterior lamps at this time.
