2021 Chevrolet Spark

Accessed the solenoid to find that it has ground, but no power when commanded. Jumped voltage to the solenoid and verified that it works properly. Further inspection revealed that there is a broken wire at a harness junction. Recommend repairing the damaged section of wiring.
- Change engine oil & filter, check fluid levels, check lights, check wipers, grease suspension where applicable. Rotate tires, set pressures, and hand torque lug nuts.
- Reset oil life monitor and TPMS systems after service and tire rotation.
- No issues to note at this time.
- Accessed and removed damaged section of wiring for the vent valve. Ensured proper connection and weather sealed all sections of repaired wire. Cleared codes and performed verification test of the evaporative emission system to find no further issues at this time.

2015 Toyota RAV4

Tested for power and ground at the headlamp connector and also at the bulb connector. Removed and replaced both front lowbeam bulbs and found that they function. Charged and tested battery; the battery tests good. Tested alternator ripple to verify that the alternator is not overcharging the battery and potentially sending voltage spikes that could cause the bulbs to blow. Test drove and rechecked to verify proper function of all exterior lamps at this time.

- Brakes are in excellent condition and wearing evenly. Fluid levels and conditions are good. Engine air filter is clean. Steering and suspension components check out good at this time. During final test drive there was a very mild clunk that sounded to come from the left front; recommend monitoring closely as the bumper to bumper factory warranty will be up at 36,000 miles.
