2013 RAM 1500

Verified that the transmission fluid level and condition are both good. Tested and verified that circuits and connections are good; power and ground are supplied properly at the transmission. Transmission solenoid failure; recommend replacing the solenoid pack along with a new filter kit.
- TRANSMISSION SOLENOID ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 6 Spd Trans – [NOTE: Labor estimates listed are for R&R only and DOES NOT include diagnosis time.]
- Applied degreasing agent to affected area(s) and thoroughly washed off with water.
- Rear bolt on the passenger side manifold pulled threads from the head. We will repair the threads and install a new bolt and manifold gasket.

2019 Ford Escape

Found that the bushings for the rear trailing arms have separated and are causing the majority of the noise. The right rear shock absorber is completely leaked out and the body of the left is getting very rusty. Recommend replacing both rear arms, rear shock absorbers, and upper shock mounts.
- Change engine oil & filter, check fluid levels, set tire pressures, check lights, check wipers, grease suspension where applicable. Free rotation of tires (with purchase and installation of 4), set tire pressures, and hand torque lug nuts.

- Steering and suspension is tight. Fluid levels and conditions are good. Tires are wearing unevenly and all have varying tread depths; would recommend four new tires prior to winter. Front and rear brakes have about 40% wear life remaining and are wearing mostly evenly. Engine and cabin air filters are dirty and should be replaced.

- Road test vehicle. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel. Computerized alignment for vehicles with independent rear axles. The front camber/caster adjustments are maxed out….we set the camber so that it will not cause tire wear. The caster being uneven side to side may cause a the truck to wander slightly depending on road conditions.
- Left and right front upper ball joints are both very loose, all other steering and suspension components are tight at this time. The front end looks to have been raised from the factory height; this could cause issues when performing the alignment.
