Mileage104,012Service Date6/5/2026Services Performed- Fuses, circuits, and connections all test good. Tested with and without the box mounted plug in and found that circuits still test good. Located GM TSB that documents a similar issue……GM recommends first replacing the 7 pin connector (at the bumper) with an updated unit that is designed to have better, more consistent connection with the trailer end of the harness. If the issue persists they recommend replacingand programming the trailer tow module.

2012 GMC Acadia
Mileage142,843Service Date5/13/2026Services Performed- Inspected and verified customer's complaint, finding that the transmission cooler lines are leaking at the crimps and the transmission cooler fitting at the radiator is leaking. Neither of these leaks are related to the valve body replacement. We have no record of replacing the radiator, but it looks to have been replaced somewhat recently (possibly by a body shop?)…..the fittings are part of the radiator. Will need at least the cooler lines and fittings replaced, possibly the radiator.
- Applied degreasing agent to affected area(s) and thoroughly washed off with water.
- TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER HOSES & FITTINGS – Remove & Replace – Both, Inlet & Outlet – [Includes: Confirm Fluid temperature for level check.]
