    Services Performed
    • Removed and compared cylinders 1 & 4 spark plugs, finding that they are burning evenly and show no signs of cylinder damage, etc. Tested and found that the engine is idling high due to improper engine vacuum. Performed a metered smoke induction test to find that there are no external vacuum leaks that are causing the lean condition. The valve cover that we replaced contains the pcv valve and is the source of the issue…..we will need to replace the aftermarket valve cover with an OEM valve cover assembly.

    • Front VVT spool valve and cam bridge are leaking, running down, and being slung by the belt. Recommend resealing the cam bridge, replacing the front cam seals, and replacing the front VVT spool valve.
    • TIMING BELT – Remove & Replace

    • (Combination) – WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Both
    • (Combination) – SPARK PLUG TUBE SEAL – Remove & Replace Both Banks,All Six
    • Degrease Engine Bay
    • (Combination) – VARIABLE VALVE TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE SOLENOID – Remove & Replace – Eng CD J35A7 Front
    • (Combination) – CAMSHAFT BRIDGE – Remove, Reseal, & Install
    • Complete transmission fluid exchange, run vehicle to full temperature, test drive, and recheck fluid level and condition.

    • Drained and refilled rear differential with Honda OEM fluid. Fluid was clean and the magnet on the drain plug had only minimal, very fine shavings on it. Looks to be very good.

    • Change engine oil & filter, check fluid levels, check lights, check wipers, grease suspension where applicable. Rotate tires, set pressures, and hand torque lug nuts.
    • Reset oil life monitor and TPMS systems after service and tire rotation.
    • Cabin air filter is dirty. Engine air filter is clean. Front and rear brakes are in good condition and wearing evenly. Tire tread depths and pressures are good. Fluid levels and conditions are good as well.
    • CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace
