    • Tech was able to confirm customer complaint, raised to inspect. Found Right Front Outer Tie rod end is loose and the Lower Ball joint is loose and adding to the noise heard. Recommend replacement of both Outer Tie Rod and Lower Ball joint on the right side
    • RIGHT FRONT BALL JOINT – Remove & Replace – Lower, One Side –
    • RIGHT FRONT TIE ROD END – Remove & Replace – Outer, One
    • Road test vehicle. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel. Computerized alignment for vehicles with independent rear axles.
