    • Mount & balance 4 tires (w/ purchase).
    • Tire disposal fee.
    • Removed and replaced left front upper control arm, hand torqued all fasteners to OEM specifications.
    • Removed and replaced right front upper control arm, hand torqued all fasteners to OEM specifications.
    • Road test vehicle. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel. Computerized alignment for vehicles with independent rear axles. The front camber/caster adjustments are maxed out….we set the camber so that it will not cause tire wear. The caster being uneven side to side may cause a the truck to wander slightly depending on road conditions.
    • Left and right front upper ball joints are both very loose, all other steering and suspension components are tight at this time. The front end looks to have been raised from the factory height; this could cause issues when performing the alignment.

    • Inspected and verified customer's complaint, finding that the transmission cooler lines are leaking at the crimps and the transmission cooler fitting at the radiator is leaking. Neither of these leaks are related to the valve body replacement. We have no record of replacing the radiator, but it looks to have been replaced somewhat recently (possibly by a body shop?)…..the fittings are part of the radiator. Will need at least the cooler lines and fittings replaced, possibly the radiator.
    • Applied degreasing agent to affected area(s) and thoroughly washed off with water.
    • TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER HOSES & FITTINGS – Remove & Replace – Both, Inlet & Outlet – [Includes: Confirm Fluid temperature for level check.]

    • Tet drove and verified customer's complaint, then monitored live data pids to find that command is present, but there is no feedback from the multifunction switch to the body control module. All fuses, circuits, and connections test good at this time. Recommend replacing the multifunction switch……during the test drive we found that the transmission took off from a start in the wrong gear…..scanned codes and monitored live data to find that the transmission control module has failed and is causing the issue. Recommend replacing the transmission control module along with a transmission fluid exchange.
    • Removed and replaced the TCM/valve body assembly. Hand torqued all fasteners to OEM specifications and programmed the software to the latest available calibration. Topped off fluid level, test drove, and verified proper fluid level and no leaks. Car runs, shifts, and drives well with no lights or issues.
    • Complete transmission fluid exchange, run vehicle to full temperature, test drive, and recheck fluid level and condition.
    • Applied degreasing agent to affected area(s) and thoroughly washed off with water.
    • Removed and replaced multi-function lever/switch. Verified proper operation.

    • Exhaust heat shield had dropped down, there was no way to re-secure it so Tech did remove it. Should not be an issue with it being removed. Under frame is starting to get rusty, Left Front rail is worse that the rest, nothing major at this time, but does need to be monitored.
    • Change engine oil & filter, check fluid levels, check lights, check wipers, grease suspension where applicable. Rotate tires, set pressures, and hand torque lug nuts.
    • Reset oil life monitor and TPMS systems after service and tire rotation.
