• Following service and tire rotation, reset maintenance and TPMS systems.
• Fluid levels and conditions are good. Brakes, tires, steering, and suspension components are in good condition as well. Coolant is clean and full, protection level is proper. It is written under the hood that the coolant was exchanged in 2021……GM Dexcool coolant is rate for 150,000 miles. No worries for the cooling system at this time. Transmission oil cooler lines are leaking and should be replaced in the near future. Recommend transmission fluid exchange at that time.
• CHARGE AND LOAD TEST BATTERY. PRINT RESULTS.

• Complete vehicle inspection. Check all fluid levels. Remove tires to check all brake components. Check steering and suspension components. Inspect for any leaks. All tires wearing even and are at 10/32nds. Front brakes are about 90% Rears are about 60% life on the drums/shoes. All pins move freely. No signs of loose components, leaks or issues. Belts and hoses are in very good shape.

• Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel. Computerized alignment for vehicles with independent rear axles.
• Front Suspension was tight, control arms were good. Nothing loose. Did measure out of alignment, Tech performed full alignment. Recommend replacing all 4 tires.

• Removed and replaced all spark plugs. Applied anti-seize compound to threads, dielectric grease to the ignition wires, and hand torqued spark plugs to OEM specifications.
• Performed 2 step induction system to break down and clean out carbon deposits from the upper intake system of the engine. Cleared codes, reset adaptive fuel settings, and test drove to verify all repairs.
• Drained and refilled automatic transfer case fluid.

• Verified customer's complaint, scanned codes, and tested circuits. Found that the power supply wire to the ABS pump has a break in it somewhere. Recommend running a new power supply wire from the fuse block the ABS pump.
• Scanned codes, tested circuits and found that the evaporative emission vent solenoid is stuck open. Fused and circuits are good, recommend replacing vapor canister vent solenoid.
• SPLIT FUSE BLOCK/RUN POWER WIRE TO ABS PUMP
• CANISTER VENT SOLENOID – Remove & Replace
