• Test drive, then remove and reinstall all four wheels and rear brake drums (as necessary) to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 65 % ) Rear ( 45 % ). Rear inner pads both approximately 5mm wear life remaining, outer pads about 6mm. Front and rear rotors have minor rust lips at this time. Rear brakes could be replaced, but not a necessity at this time.
• Left front axle seal has very minimal seepage and should be monitored at times of service. Fluid levels & conditions, tires, and tire pressures are all good at this time. Both inner tie rod ends and the right front outer tie rod end have minimal play at this time….they could be replaced as a preventative measure, but not a safety issue today.

• Verified customer's complaint, scanned codes, and tested circuits. Found that the power supply wire to the ABS pump has a break in it somewhere. Recommend running a new power supply wire from the fuse block the ABS pump.
• Scanned codes, tested circuits and found that the evaporative emission vent solenoid is stuck open. Fused and circuits are good, recommend replacing vapor canister vent solenoid.
• SPLIT FUSE BLOCK/RUN POWER WIRE TO ABS PUMP
• CANISTER VENT SOLENOID – Remove & Replace

• Left rear brake caliper is hydraulically seizing, which is overheating brakes and causing system pressure issues. Recommend replacing the left rear brake caliper, rear pads & rotors, and a brake fluid flush should cause the VCS., ABS light to go off
• Tires are out of balance -several weights are missing. Front rotors are warped due to left rear caliper being locked up which put too much pressure on front brakes. Recommend balance all four tires and resurface front brake rotors.
• Change engine oil & filter, check fluid levels, check lights, check wipers, grease suspension where applicable. Rotate tires, set pressures, and hand torque lug nuts.
• Reset oil life monitor and TPMS systems after service and tire rotation.
• Removed and replaced left rear pads and caliper, bled all air from the braking system.
• Removed and replaced both rear rotors, pads, & hardware.
• Removed both front brake rotors for refinishing, cleaned hub mating surfaces, and reinstalled rotors following the refinishing procedure.
• Measured and resurfaced front brake rotors.
• Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

• Complete vehicle inspection. Check all fluid levels. Remove tires to check all brake components. Check steering and suspension components. Inspect for any leaks. Fluid levels and conditions are good. Air filter is clean. Rear brakes have 25% wear life or less remaining and are not wearing evenly. Left front lower ball joint is loose and all four tires are near the wear indicators. Recommend replacing rear brakes pads, rotors, and calipers, left front ball joints, installing four new tires, and performing an alignment.

• Scanned and found multiple electrical codes, including B1440-71: ISM internal fault. Recommend taking to Saab for proper diagnosis. All steering and suspension components are in good condition with the exception of the front swaybar links. Front brakes are 60% and wearing evenly, rears are 40% and wearing evenly as well. All fluid levels and conditions are good. Belts and hoses are in good condition. Upper strut mounts make a very small amount of noise when turning in parking lots. The rubbing sound in the right front seems to only happen when turning right at slow speeds and sounds like a dry bushing, we could not find an obvious source of this noise.
• Removed and replaced left and right front swaybar links. Test drove to verify repairs.
