Removed splash shields for access and attempted to extract broken rear manifold studs. Passenger side extracted properly, but the driver's side did not. Replaced right side stud and nut, recommend replacing driver's side manifold, gasket, hardware, and turbocharger related components.
Removed and replaced left exhaust manifold, installed all new hardware, gaskets, and any other related components necessary. Topped off cooling system and engine oil, and test drove to ensure repairs.
This labor operation includes removing broken stud on left side, removing broken bolt for left turbocharger, and removing seized in place oil and coolant supply lines.

Will need full appointment for proper diagnosis, but there could be timing chain wear or other internal engine damage due lack of oil.
