  • The cable mechanism failed and must be replaced so that the door can be tested for proper function. The left sliding door does not function because the rear hinge/roller assembly is bad, allows the door to sag excessively and causes major drag withing the track system.
  • Use of Loaner Fee
  • Removed and replaced the right sliding door cable assembly. Verified proper operation.
