- DIAG. – Coolant leak, she thought from the Res.
- Removed and replaced intake manifold assembly (customer provided). The old manifold failed so badly that it damaged the cylinder head. Customer is aware and requested that we install the new intake as it is.
- Change engine oil & filter, check fluid levels, set tire pressures, check lights, check wipers, grease suspension where applicable.
- Reset maintenance reminder light.
- Courtesy Inspection – (wants a quote on rear main seal replacement)
- Removed and replaced water pump & housing assembly along with all related gaskets and seals. Hand torqued all fasteners and pressure tested to verify that there are no further leaks.
